Lisa Bishop

Lisa first joined the Media Resource Centre as Treasurer of the Board in 2009. She has a background in accounting, human resources and strategic planning. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma of Arts Management and has most recently worked for 10 years at the SA Tourism Commission in a variety of senior roles.

Lisa brings strong governance experience to the MRC and is currently Deputy Chair of SAFKI Board and a Board Director of Centennial Park Cemetery. She has previously sat on the board of Vitalstatistix National Theatre Company and Urban Myth Theatre of Youth.

At the MRC Lisa helps with the board, staffing and general administrative matters and thoroughly enjoys putting together the Screen Seekers Program for young children, which is designed to create the next generation of MRC filmmakers and cinephiles.
